Purchased one of their mixed collections, the one which come in a clear wrapping. We were told it’s a mixed variety so both dark and milk chocolate, we got only 3 milk chocolates so if you are looking for milk chocolates look at other options, they have some lovely stuff

If you are familiar with Läderach then you will find all you love in this shop.
And if you don't know what this shop is about then go in and indulge yourself in exquisite swiss chocolate.

Store manager should be fired . Extremely slow . 5 staffs are behind Two cash counters , most of them are just watching . We have to wait for 20 minutes to be checked out. Does anyone working on the store experience?

Shop is discriminating against foreigners

The staff purposefully ignored my presence in this shop. I was standing right in front of the showcase to buy chocolate. There were at least three sales assistants who could have taken my order or assisted me in buying chocolate. But instead, other European looking customers queueing behind me were serviced first. I had to wait until their Chinese speaking sales assistant was available since the German ones did not even care to talk to me (or even look at me), probably since they thought I was some kind of tourist.

The thing is: I live and study here in Germany and I am very well fluent in German AND English. And just because I look Asian does not automatically make me a Chinese. But the staff chose to be ignorant and racist.

If you like chocolate this is a must visit. Different kind of chocolates. Pricy but that is expected.
