The food is really great. That is the only reason why I will go to this place again and again. Rustic pizza and Tiramisu are really amazing. The size of pizza is sufficient for two people.

The service quality is really pathetic. We booked a table for 20 people, and got our table only after 9, and even then we had to sit separately.

Great place and great food!

On Saturday we went for a dinner date with my husband. The building is well restored and gorgeous. All pastas and pizzas were freshly made. We ordered Gnocchi with shrimps and half mushroom ham half rucola pizza. both were really delicious and it was a good option to have a half/half different pizza. Our waitress was so kind and she recommended a great red wine. Definitely I would go again.

Loud and one hour waiting time for drinks - recommended for masochist????????u200d♂️

Really nice reply from the owner, but I think, they should concentrate more on waiting time (again - one hour just for drinks!), then on music level...

I hope, other people will find better service;)

I have been to L’Osteria often at many locations and I have to say, the service here is the worst. The person at the door was very unfriendly after we really nicely requested another table since we didn’t want to sit next to the toilet (we didn’t mind waiting, but she was very unfriendly about it). Afterwards the waiter misheard our drink order and I asked if he could switch it up to what we ordered - he was mad and said we told it wrong and we should drink what we have… very bad customer service if you ask me.
Maybe a customer service training would be good, but it seems like short term profits and a packed restaurant with little staff seem to be the priority over sustainable growth and business.
