Hotel St. Peter

My family and I booked a one night stay here and to our surprise, our room was having issues. So, instead of placing us in a different hotel, they made us stay in a filthy, not well lit, apartment, belonging to someone else. We have found old contacts, dirt all over the coffee table, and not to mention the fact that the windows are broken. It's very difficult to give the hotel anything but a one star. Sorry.

I had booked two rooms at the same time. They were not on the same floor, let alone next to each other. My room was dirty with hairs and blood stains on the bedding.
I went to pay in the morning and showed them an electronic copy of my booking form. Instead of being charged 234 euros for the two rooms and breakfast as my booking form said it would , I was charged 260 euros without breakfast.

On the bright side, it is within walking distance of Nuremburg centre which is a fantastic place!

Luggage is stored beside the unmanned reception desk. Someone to talk to was very hard to reach (took 5 calls on a couple of hours) I was billet out on very short notice. We got the wrong names and companies on our invoices. I could go on and on. All in all I felt very unwelcome.

It was a clean room but was meant to have a safe in the closet and a phone. The decor was very dated

Rooms were ok, beds could have been better. Breakfast was ok, wifi was garbage.
