We traveled to Nuremburg for a trade show, and is often the case, had to search for affordable accommodations. We were more than pleased when we found Hotel Cristal, and the prices were very reasonable given it was July and holiday time. The hotel is clean, pleasantly adorned with an efficient staff. Daily breakfast buffet was delightful offering local foods as well as eggs and cereal. Our only disappointment was lack of A/C on the days it was brutally hot for the region. as well as no fan in the room to provide some air movement. This too passed, and we would again consider staying with Hotel Cristal. We do hope the Management will consider putting ceiling fans in the rooms though. :)

Rooms were clean but very small and resembled children's bedroom. Some of the staff was rude. However breakfast was good and location is convenient.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. To bad the rooms have no ventilations at all. It was really muggy in the room and not comfortable at all. You can open a window that's it. Outside was about 22 degrees so I'm wondering what it would be in a good summer day. We had room 43 and the layout is perfect with kids. Bathroom is good with good shower and enough towels. 1 bed had multiple black hairs on the bed sheet, not so clean. Room itselve was quit clean.
Breakfast is not impressive. Not to much choice. I've had much better in several other hotels and at 955 we were told the buffet was closed.
Oke, we didn't pay a high price, but these rooms do need cooling and ventilation. It's hard to fall asleep in this muggy room and a good night sleep is why you get a room.
So I would not recommend this hotel although the staf is very friendly and helpful!

We had bathroom door that was transparent near the edges which made us extremely uncomfortable and anxious. Wifi wasn't working well for all guests. Breakfast food was good, for dinner we had to go to the restaurant that is 5 minutes of walk away. It says that there is spa and fitness space, but that isn't true. There are spooky rooms in the basement instead. Overall, Slav vibes are too strong in the hotel.

Nice clean rooms. Late check-in available. Diversified breackfast. Friendly staff. I had no chance to check wi-fi, but there is wi-fi too.

The room was clean and quiet, but unfortunately the reception is closing very early. Close to the airport and subway station.
