The staff were lovely and helpful whenever we had questions. The only complaint really is that it was too hot during the summer without a/c or enough fans, and parking was tricky.
But this is a prime location and we enjoyed the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good, directly in the city center, but no parking place, you either had to pay 30 euros per day, or to find parking place a bit far from the hotel. The rooms in the hotel were large enough and comfortable for family, also clean, but from the first minutes that we entered the building and rooms, we felt an unpleasant smell, like as some time ago a lot of people smoked cigarettes and the smell was still everywhere that's really unpleasant for none smokers; although there were no-smoking signs on the doors.The breakfast was poor, no much choice. Personelle was friendly.
Not bad hotel, but next time i will not stay there definitly.

We enjoyed our stay during the Easter. Location is great and the rooms are very clean. Most importantly they were very friendly towards our dog.

I'm going to ask if I can move in! We absolutely loved it! Fabulous welcome and our room was ready early and it was a wonderful, four poster, and quiet. The staff are helpful and polite and put up with my bad German. Breakfast is a delight with lots of choice. Traditional styling, clean, lift, small gym and sauna, mini bar and tv in room. Would definitely recommend and would certainly come back, should I ever leave!

Pleasant enough hotel. Clean enough but could do with a little updating of the main use areas. Located very centrally. No parking provided, you must pay €2/hr for on street or garage parking except Saturdays 20:00 through Sunday. Breakfast is good as far as continental breakfasts go and is provided complimentary with room. There is a lovely corner nook table in the right side dining room. Pets welcome at an additional charge.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We were there for 7 days. Room was spacious, staff were friendly and the hotel was quaint. The location of the hotel is central which is handy. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that it got very hot at night time ( we were there in July) fans were provided but not sufficient. Perhaps blackout blinds and aircon would do the trick.

Big and very clean rooms, great location, and very friendly and helping personel. I really enjoyed the old-style decoration and homely feeling.
WiFi could be somewhat improved, and there was some street noise if windows are open.
