Great stay at the hotel Alpha. The room was spacious, clean and everything went smooth. The hotel is just minutes away from metro station, in a place where is easy to park. Overall good experience.

We booked a room for 4 persons, yet there was only a double bed in the room. We arrived after closing hours and very late, so there was nothing we could do. We received an email the next day, after we complained, that management would contact us. But, this is two month ago and despite writing them several times they do not answer. Their service is absolute lowest level.

Great place! The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great; even if the things do not look super new and modern, everything is clean, re-conditioned, no problems with the heat. Being a bit far from the city center is a good thing: peace and quiet. Anyway there is a Metro station 5 minutes away, so you just need 15 minutes to get to the city center (Nurnberg Hbf)

I got one of the nicer rooms that have been recently added on. The new rooms are very nice. The bathrooms are very modern with full size showers and two full beds. Pretty nice, but the location is far from anything fun to do in town.

Nice room, not too big but enough for two people. We'd requested a double bed but got two single ones instead. Also, the mattress was too soft and thin for my taste.

First impression was bad, the overnight clerk forgot how to smile it seems. The room itself was okay, everything was there, but rather average. Positive: The room was very quiet. The selection at the breakfast was rather scarce, but I did not leave hungry.

Clean place but the envelope with shampoo an shower gel was too small and sometimes missing at all.
