The burger is normal. You can find better burgers in Nürnberg. The service is not nice. The waitress brought us the drinks in a very dirty bottle, and when we complained about it, she responded that Okay, if you want I can clean it, and at the end she did not do it. The other waitress took a plate of food from the table that we were still eating. The sits and table were uncomfortable. The toilet is just unbelievably not hygiene. There was no soap in there (!!). In total, it was not really a nice experience for us.

Definitely a best place near Nürnberg Central Station for some good and price worthy burger. Staffs were friendly. Small place but they do have some great burgers with home made sauce.

The food was really good and the staff was really nice but we had an issue when one of our orders came incorrect. Although the staff did correct it, they were really reluctant to fix it. At first they told us we would have to pay for a second meal. Then they said they would fix it but would have to charge extra. The trouble here was that one of our members can't eat gluten so had specifically ordered the plate with no bread, but what was delivered was a burger with bread. In the end they still made us pay additional for fries which has been part of the original order. Overall the experience was unfortunate because without it I would say this was a really great place. Unfortunately with this incident I would say that if something is wrong you cannot expect it to be resolved or fixed without extra cost to yourself.

Excellent burger in the heart of Nürnberg!

The burgers rate well not only locally but do easily rank excellent when comparing with the best burger places I can relate to wrold wide.

Having great shakes and sides give you a great meal anytime.

Staff were very friendly and onion rings and fries were great, however they brought out the burgers literally moments after ordering and the meat was very tough and chewy, as though it was made ahead of time. Will not be visiting again since I do not want to be paying upwards of 10EUR for a poorly cooked burger and 2,50EUR for 0,33l of water. Ridiculous.

Tasty but not great. I have had better burgers in the past. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad, it just don't get on my top list.
