- In der Klausurenphase wird es eng da es nicht ausreichend Plätze gibt, das liegt u.a daran, dass ein Teil der Bib seit über einem halben Jahr abgesperrt ist (zwecks Bauarbeiten).
-Wer einen Platz an einer Steckdose haben möchte muss früh da sein, denn die sind hier auch begrenzt.
- Seit Wochen funktioniert das Internet in einigen Bereichen der Bibliothek nicht richtig....was das Lernen wiederum erschwert.
- Entweder es ist viel zu kalt, sodass man bei über 30° Außentemperatur trotzdem immer einen dicken Pulli zum Lernen mitnehmen muss um nicht zu erfrieren. Oder es ist viel zu warm, aber ein gutes Mittelmaß bekommt man anscheinend nicht hin.
- Die Toiletten sind eine Katastrophe, gründlich wurden hier seit Jahren nicht mehr geputzt. Und wenn man Pech hat gibt es nicht mal mehr Toilettenpapier.

By the way, the bag ban has now been lifted due to the renovation - so it seems to be working after all... please keep it!
If someone is annoyed by something similar to me, I can recommend the CIP pool in the basement: no bag ban, large screens, you are not constantly checked out and it is easier to find a place!

Generell ein guter Ort zum Lernen. Die Öffnungszeiten sind super. Viele Steckdosen.
Die Temperatur im Altbau ist meiner Meinung nach selbst im Sommer zu kalt. Im Neubau hingegen ist es angenehm.
Schade, dass die PC-Arbeitsplätze ein wenig sinnlos sind, wenn man nach jeder Stunde automatisch abgemeldet wird und so nicht vernünftig arbeiten kann, wenn man ständig alles neu einstellen muss. Leider sind die Bildschirme auch ein wenig klein und es ist eine veraltete Windows-Version installiert.
Was auch extrem nervig ist, ist das Taschenverbot bzw. sind nur durchsichtige Taschen erlaubt. Das ist komplett sinnlos, es wird sowieso nicht darauf geachtet, was sich in meiner Tasche befindet. Außerdem gibt es am Ausgang Scanner, die ohnehin Alarm schlagen würden, wenn jemand etwas klaut… Im Übrigen ist das Taschenverbot nun durch den Umbau aufgehoben - es scheint also doch zu funktionieren… bitte beibehalten!
Falls sich jemand durch ähnliches genervt ist wie ich, kann ich den CIP-Pool im Untergeschoss empfehlen: kein Taschenverbot, große Bildschirme, man wird nicht ständig abgemeldet und man findet leichter einen Platz!

Die Bibliothek ist zum lernen in Ordnung. Leider ist es nicht super still, das liegt daran, dass die bib sehr groß ist und sich über mehrere Stockwerke verteilt. In der klausurenphase sollte man zeitig kommen, um noch einen Steckerplatz zu bekommen.
Seine Tasche kann man leider nicht mitnehmen, also muss man ein Schließfach mieten oder eine durchsichtige Tasche kaufen. Diese gibt es am Infoschalter im Eingang.
