One star for sure. It all started in the check-in process where we had small problems because their website wasn’t functioning. Once we finally were able to get inside our room we found out that there was previous quests trash in the kitchen like food waste. Also finger nails on table in the balcony and some trash also. The heating is also working through this tablet device, but there is no charger for that, so battery died and we were no able to use it after arrival day. In general whole room felt dirty because poor cleaning service. But now for the good part. We had problems through out the day with the website they use for opening your doors etc. In the evening we arrived back to the hotel and me and my friends was hurry for a toilet. And ques what? The website wasn’t functioning at all and we’re not able open the doors of our rooms, so we had get creative. Because when the nature calls it calls. Rest is history. After 30min of struggle we were able to open our doors. My friends had room right next to ours and they got their door open but we didn’t. So my friend climbed from their balcony to ours to enter our room and open the door to us. In nutshell: if your whole booking system, door opening etc. is based on a website/tech you might want to make it solid af. Please, Fix the bugs it’s not cool. Never again.
