SERIOUSLY THE WORST PLACE EVER.
When we called after over an hour, they said it is "still in work" (which as it turned out meant it wasn't even being started) and will take another half an hour. There wasn't even a word of apology, let alone of some bonus. In such case it's really difficult for the customer to say the obligatory German "thank you" at the end of the conversation, even "OK" was a stretch since it's obviously not OK.
After calling in an additional hour (!!!) they said it is out and will take about 20 more minutes -u003e obviously another lie and AGAIN no word of apology. After 2:40 hours we cancelled our order and are now hoping to get our PayPal money back.
Seriously what kind of an incompetent service are you running there?! You completely RUIN people's weekend with the waiting and the attitude. Not saying sorry and LYING is so over the line.
And NO I won't waste any more of my time to submit feedback so don't bother suggesting that. Order number was TU2R9F check it yourselves and if you have any decency, check the quality of the team working that time.
Obviously, we won't be ordering from Domino's ever again. For those prices we could have ordered from a local, honest place and saved a ton of time to do something better. We would suggest also to our friends to not order from Domino's or if they do, to not use PayPal, to save themselves the risk of paying in advance for this humiliating experience.
