I was waiting like 20 minutes for black pizza thank you and i give it back only good side is that i open box and see that they give me money back....

Very bad service the bold guy gave me the pizza in half open box, and normal coca cola instead zero, and when I asked for a zero he complained that i didn't say it and he hit the bottle down in bar... SO I should assemble the box of my pizza and drink coca cola with half taste cuz the most carbon had gone... also if asked for big size and I receive a pizza with 8 slices, if this is the big one then it's not worthy guys ... ah also the pizza was almost raw...

The product quality varies depending on what chef is on duty and the delivery times are mostly unacceptable (45+ min normally, 1+ hrs regularly, 30- min rarely). Off all the emploeeys, there are at the moment only two extremely friendly delivery workers, which deserve all the respect.

Worst Pizza service ever! I ordered the pizza over Lieferando App and paid for it. When the pizza was not delivered for over an hour, I called the store only to realize that they would not deliver to my address. The store manager was also very unfriendly! I would not recommend this store.
However, Lieferando handled the situation well.

Ingredients are definitely not fresh, some pizzas are outright repulsive.

Worst customer service. Need to hire more professional, friendly and trained staff. Standard is below average.
