Dolphinarium in the zoo of Nuremberg

One of the best places in Europa to see real dolphins. There are several presentations each day, where live presentations are held. Amazing tricks are shown and explained. Perfect for children to see real dolphins in action. There is also an underwater part, where you can see the dolphins from the bottom of the water tank.

We enjoyed the dolphin show, also the rest of the zoo was nice and clean. There are bronze statues of the animals near their pens, which is a nice detail. However, some of the animals looked terribly skinny. I hope they are feeding them properly.
The zoo is a bit far away from the city, nevertheless it is possible to reach it by bus number 43 and 45.

This zoo is one of the best... Plenty of space , animals are not held behind electrics fences... Also products and services in the zoo are not that overpriced and I really like that

Lovely large zoo with so many animals to see. My highlight was definitely the dolphin talks. Those are some amazingly intelligent creatures!

Absolutely best dolphinarium we have ever visited! Nice pools, nice surrounding area. Dolphins look healthy and happy! The people around taking care of them look proffesional and having fun doing that. You can clearly see that there is a nice relationship between them ...and with the seals as well. Thank you me and my family enjoyed the show a lot and we hope to come back again! Explanation is in german ...aber ich verstehe ein bischen :-) also es war auch ok :-) Vielen Dank!

Wonderful place! You won't see too many zoo like this. The forest and the suroundings are great!
