I like this new place. Tasty banh mi and a varied menu of Asian drinks, not only classic Bubble Tea but also other toppings and many flavors, Vietnamese coffee is also available. The baguette is very nice, light with a crispy crust, I only wish it would have come with the usual carrot and daikon pickles. Very friendly owners.

The most delicious bahn mi in town!!! (Vietnamese sandwiches) you have to try it! And it’s real cheap for the high quality food ???? to add some taste, why not order a bubble tea to go with it? I recommend the lemongrass one.
You might wonder why a bahn mi restaurant is called Dim Sum? ???? that’s the name of their dog!!!

The boba was ok. But I'm a bit more irked with the name of your tea house. Shouldn't you at least have some dim sum in the menus if you're going to use the word Dim Sum? ???????? Sounds quite misleading, especially since I went for dim sum and left with an ok boba tea...

We absolutely love Dim Sum Tea, but our favorite item on the menu, the shaken coffee, has been "sold out" every time we came there for the past half a year. Let me add that every time we were there, it was shortly after the opening time. Please, bring back shaken coffee ????????

Super yummy milk teas and fruit teas! The tapioca pearls are a good consistency of chewy and retained so much flavor with notes of what I believe to have been honey. Their taro milk tea comes already blended so it’s ready to drink right away! Their fruit tea has an incredibly fresh flavor, you’re instantly put in a relaxed state. It’s also nice to have different size options so I can enjoy more than one drink flavor! 10/10 I highly recommend

I really adore this little boba shop. It's interior is very nice and feels quite comfy. The tea itself never disappoints and also most of the toppings are great. I personally really like their Honey Melon, Rose Milk and Ice Mint Tea (especially with warm tapioca). So yeah definitely a place worth a visit when you're passing by.
