Spent a couple of nights here in Sep 22. The hotel was lovely, breakfast was great, parking OK and ???? freindly. Would stay again if in the area.

Great hotel. My room was like an apartment, two floors with the bed upstairs. Two TV sets, but this is not what I care about. Very clean. Good breakfast. Friendly staff, very helpful, they know a lot about the city and things around. There is a good parking downstairs.

Great establishment. They helped my friends and I out by allowing us to check in early, and letting us check out late due to extenuating circumstances. Called a taxi for us, as well.

Friendly and helpful staff, an excellent breakfast (highly recommend), and clean rooms. The beds are a little firm for my taste, but everything else about this place is great.

Took more than 1,000 Euros for reservation I and my colleague made in 2020 for IWA that was cancelled due to Covid. Refused to return our deposit. Shame on them. Dishonest.

I had a single room, very clean and new bed sheets. The pavement is in moquette. No air conditioned, they brought me a ventilator. Bathroom is perfect, my shower was big, but i saw the shower of a double room, the roof was triangle shape, not enough space to stand to have the shower, even if you are short you cannot stand there.
Internet is very slow and most of the time it doesn't work.
In the room there is only 1 bottle of water, no other things. To park the car underground in the hotel costs 9 euro. I parked outside in the street for free. 15 minutes by walk from the centre, or take tram number 4, there is every 10 minutes.The hall of the hotel is pretty cool and breakfast is great.
When you check in please ask about the size of the shower.

The Hotel has an old looking, the room floor and curtains need some urgent improvements. My room was next to the elevator and my experience was not so good, too much noisy. The breakfast is good and the staff are helpful. The cleaning is also good. The prices are high comparing with others and the location is a bit farway form the center.
