Nice and clean hotel. Lobby looks a bit dated but rooms are nice and newly renovated. Very good bed in the room.

I'm sorry, but it was also not the customer's choice to cancel the trip. The non-refundable rate was chosen being fully confident that client will not need to cancel his reservation and fulfill all plans ! The financial situation is now very complicated for everyone, not just your team. Earlier you wrote that in case of force majeure, you can cancel the reservation with a refund (it was a couple of days before the WHO announces the pandemic situation). So again: it's not the client's fault! And the client does not have to responce with his money for services not provided, since the borders are totally closed and people can not even go out of their houses. It is simply your meanness: not to respond just keeping silence to all requests from the moment of the announcement of the pandemic and quickly try to withdraw money from the account. The airline company that canceled the flight, although it loses even more than you, has found it necessary to offer customers full compensation. You, as it turns out, solve only your own problems in the situation of the epidemic. We sympathize with everyone in connection with financial, economic and, above all, health problems. We hope that we all will go through this together soon...
But your disloyalty policy is just meanness.
And all this shows how much you value the reputation and honor of Your hotel, if now you are trying to justify yourself and solve your problems at the expense of customers who lost their money through no fault of their own...

Limited restaurant service in the evening, but immaculate room, comprehensive and good quality breakfast and very helpful staff.

My company books this hotel every year for a big exhibition we always attend. The hotel is not the nicest building and the decor is a bit dated, however the place is well run, good service, and clean. The restaurant is good too.
