First unpolite experience with the lady working at the counter at around 19:00 hrs 30.06.2022. Always had good experience with the employees working there during previous purchases. It is best for salespersons to stick to their job and not try to give unsolicited advice to customers.

Good selection Decent prices. Most floor staff are helpful. Some definitely need at attitude adjustment. The women on cash are actively hostile and need to be replaced.

Amazing place to buy a suit from went to get a suit for my brothers wedding and my nephew's christening and the man that helped us was very friendly and kind and very good at his job he took one look at me and knew my size so great all round customer service and such beautiful and wide range of suits if you're looking for a new suit I would definitely suggest going here for one

That have a good selection, a lot of choices for every brand. Unfortunately the service is lacking for the kind of high end products they sell. You have to hunt for all accessories (belt, shirt) yourself in order to see if the suit fits. And there is no one to give advice. I saw a book on a table letting me guess that they can make customized suits but no one to advertise, explain or sell it. The only lady on the floor was too busy placing clothes on the rack to assist us.

I have been there twice now and usually it's great but one time there was a incredibly rude shop assistant who first said if we were just there to mess things up we should rather leave. As I then wanted to buy something I explicitly didn't want to give him the provision but he still took my things and just put them back. Then I repeated that I did want buy them so he sent them down. When I was home the trousers I bought turned out not to be the size I initially gave the guy. As to why I still rate 4 stars, I wrote to the support who then told me I could send the trousers back. They sent me the correct clothing and a 20€ coupon for inconvenience.

Kind of mixed feeling for this place. You will find a good selection of choices with a lot of brands at good price. However, the staff is really rude so for a good experience, shop yourself and avoid questions.

Best place to make shopping for men! Top prices, super service and prices! Really recomend Ansons for those who want to by good calitative clothes for good price! In the middle of Nürnberg!
