disappointed with the dressing room service. I really don't mind putting away the clothes back to the hangers after trying but the arrogant tone of the lady was almost commanding and totally unacceptable. As the shop is always crowded, it is clear that the management doesn't even bother to think about how to improve customer satisfaction.

I wanted to measure a jacket of different sizes. My friend was not allowed with me to see what my jacket looked like. The consultant pulled my friend by her shirt with a hint that she had stolen it, and she came to the store in it and explains that it was hers, bought at dawn a long time ago. As a result, the consultant did not apologize for being rude, and I ran from the fitting room to the hall to show my friend how my jacket was sitting. Although other people were allowed to be near the fitting room. The desire to buy disappeared and the day went bad. It’s happened today 23.06.2022

The terribly rude and aggressive shop assistant ruined our shopping. My mother (which is an old lady) and I were trying some clothes in front of the mirror and left a few tshirts and our personal cardigan hanging next to us (of course checking all the time that it didn’t bother any customer). The tall long black hair shop assistant saw us, and without saying a word, took all the items we were trying plus our personal belongings and left, pretending to not hear us begging her to stop, because our stuff was there too. When my mom managed to stop her, she was extremely rude and told us that we could not do what we were doing, and that there are changing rooms for that (like were were doing something terrible by trying a couple of T-shirts over our clothes). She implied that long waiting lines in the changing room is what you got on a Saturday, and that we have to wait like everyone else, on just not come on Saturdays.
We are tourists, and we can’t choose when to come.
Zara has wonderful shop assistants in Spain that would NEVER treat customers like that.

We returned all we were gonna buy and left.

The store is not that well managed. Especially when it's on sale.But employees are really helpful and cordial.

Good quality. Good price. But I could find regular fit or straight fit jeans recently. I don't know why, all kids' and adults' pants are slim or skinny fit there. That's disappointing.

I’ve shopped in this store on multiple occasions and yesterday was the first time I was racially profiled! The cashier asked for my ID and said “It’s not that I don’t trust you” but the very next customer was NOT ID’d when they used a credit card! How dare she not check everyone’s ID. Management needs to look into this ASAP. I will not spend another dime here!

Not a fan of Zara as I dislike the store arrangement. Clothes seem ok u0026 better quality than Hu0026M. It's a basic store that offers fast fashion.
