The food is to die for! You pick what meal you want and the chef makes it right in front of you! It took about 15 mins to get the food and be seated. Great service from the staff as well. Highly recommend ????????

The service was alright. We ordered Pinsa and the dough, unfortunately, was dryer than one on a frozen pizza. If this was food on an airplane, I would feel okay. But I payed about 30€ for these really bad Pinsas and they were so disappointing. There is one topping with cheese, walnuts, honey and fig that tasted well, but I cannot recommend the tomato sauce.

It's one of the places that closed later in the evening for dinner in the city center. It's very convenient to order and slightly change up your order.

I have visited different Vapiano Restaurants in different cities and I always had a good experience.
But this one in Münster not only comparing to other Vapiano restaurant but to every other restaurant I have been, I have never felt more bad and disrespected.
The staff was horrible, could barely speak english, and they were very impolite, they seemed like they do not want to do their job and when asking them for something they also barely spoke back with a bored/long face.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE - definitely not going back.
