Great place to spend a few hours in. Large collection, friendly staff. Most of the information is in German, but it's an informative museum with free admission!

Why is Münster circular shaped? What does the city have to do with Holocaust? This free-for-all-anytime museum answers many more interesting questions. Defs worth a glance around. It's so close to other museums, so put it on your list!

The historical exhibitions could be a lot bigger but they are not small and what's there seems great. And it's totally free. However, basically no information is awailable in any language other than german. The fact that the plaques only contains german and no english makes it hard to recommend for non-german speakers. But it's free and I guess you can still look.

Really good, and free!
If you wanna learn the story of the city in a for of a "timeline" you will not be disappointed at all, the modules of the city through the time are really cool!

The story of Münster ist really rich and interesting, so go there and take a look, at the end is free anyway so there's nothing to lose

Great spot to review history of the town. We spent a very nice 2 hours here during some rain outside.
