In dem Regal stand das Produkt leider nicht mehr..aber es standen 2 Wagen mit Ware davor..hatte die Verkäuferin gefragt ob es das Produkt noch gäbe weil das Regalfach leer war, es wurde verneint..obwohl ich drauf hinwies,ob was auf dem Wagen wäre, wurde dies auch verneint. Auf dem Wagen stand es zum verräumen. Schade...bin dann ohne Produkt aus der Filiale gegangen.

Questions are not answered gladly. Tips not accepted. None of the cashiers can smile either. In addition, the storage area for the goods that you have bought is very dirty. Es hat sich wirklich etwas getan! Meine schlechte erste Bewertung kann ich nun deutlich verbessern. Es gibt teilweise neue Mitarbeiter, die richtig freundlich sind. Besonders an der Kasse hat sich die Situation eindeutig positiv entwickelt. Man bekommt sogar manchmal ein Lächeln! Jetzt kaufe ich wieder gerne bei Rossmann ein. Bitte weiter so!

Ich habe früher in Greven gewohnt und die Rossmann-Filiale dort hat extrem freundliche Mitarbeiter. Jetzt wohnen wir im Süden Münsters und die nächste Filiale ist die in der Hiltruper Straße. Ich habe noch nie, wirklich noch nie so unfreundliches Personal erlebt. Besonders an der Kasse wird man einfach nur lieblos abgefertigt. Man hat immer den Eindruck, man ist den Verkäuferinnen lästig. Fragen werden ungern beantwortet. Tipps nicht angenommen. Lächeln kann auch keine der Kassiererinnen. Hinzu kommt, dass der Ablagebereich für die Ware, die man gekauft hat, sehr schmutzig ist. Hier liegen noch Krümel und Dreck der letzten 6 Monate herum. Furchtbar.

Sie hat nur Einkaufswagen geschoben, hat also nichts Schlimmes getan. Kein Verständnis für andere Frauen, die Kinder mit sich selber mitnehmen müssen, da es keine andere Möglichkeit gibt!!!!
