Slow impolite service, messing up orders, not bringing drinks together and when you finally get your drink, it’s not what you ordered .. this place is in good location, the rest is disaster.

Our session in your restaurant was really short.After have waited a short time were we placed down to a nice table.While waiting for menu and service,i saw a serviceman going by.I wink to him and gets to say hey my friend!Very short after iv said this the lady who have placed us is very fast and rough!She is there and marks that we cant talk to the serviceman.I ask whata wrong?arnt we allowed to talk to the stuff?She showes her obvious irritation and goes away.

What an entry,what a start!And your restaurant is Il Divino?From the name you should bee veeeery humble.I have througout all my life worked with service,but never ever have seen such behavour,with such disrespect.Actually you could name your restaurant Il Diavlo instead.I dont care if your food is heavenly tasty,i think you should send some of your manegment to primary school.

I have been active within service on 3 continents,i have served all kind of people.Presidents,royalties,and alot of descent others.Never i made any different,and our work was always commited to the fact,that we never have the second chance to make the first impression.

The lady in blue dress and glasses,please lady behave better next time.Your guests might bee just ordinary people on vacation.Otherwise you might give the wrong picture of two great nations that you are trying to represent,Germany and Italy.

Shame on you,lady in the blue dress.

Love sipping wine on the sunny terrace, overlooking the Aasee. Very friendly staff, everything is nice and clean, but the food is a little too expensive regarding the quality, but it’s still tasty.

Without exaggeration the best Italian I have ever tastes. Great location, good service, charming ambience. Everything was perfect.
