Leider nur 4 Sterne, obwohl das Personal sehr freundlich war und die Location mit viel Liebe zum hochwertigen Detail eingerichtet ist. Hier wird auch das süffige Dackelbier gebraut und ausgeschenkt. Manko, war leider die geringe bzw. eingeschränkte Auswahl der Speisen auf der Karte. Unser Eindruck wurde uns dann am Abend bestätigt. Alle Lokale im Umfeld waren sehr gut besucht, nur die Mole leider nicht. Hier herrschte gähnende Leere, was sehr schade ist. Vielleicht sollte man noch einfache westfälische Gerichte anbieten, gibt es in der Ecke noch nicht. Manko wäre, würde nicht zu 100% zum Lokalnamen passen,aber Münster liegt ja auch nicht am Meer.

Haben heute in der Mole gegessen und sind begeistert. Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend, das "Dackelbier" ist süffig und die Bedienung nett, zuvorkommend und sympatisch. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch kommen wir gerne wieder.
Die Karte wirkt auf den ersten Blick sehr klein, mit der Zusammenstellung von Hauptspeisen und den entsprechenden Beilagen ist aber der Kreativität und dem eigenen Gusto kaum Grenzen gesetzt. Die Portionen sind groß und (wie bereits erwähnt) sehr lecker.

Was ist denn, wenn es wirklich mal voll ist? Der Entschuldigungsschnaps nachher hat es nicht herausgerissen. Die Bedienung war gut aber die Küche hat augenscheinlich ein Problem.
