Here you can find almost everything electronic wise. Phones, laptops, smart watches, tv, households etc, i just found out that they'll contract only with german speakers only

I regret going there. Bought a new mobile and after just few hours it stopped working. I Went back, they asked me to wait 3 weeks as they will send to the original manufacturer and see if its done by me or them. Whats the point of having 2 years warranty if they could not see that there was no physical damage on the phone and its some problem with the mobile itself.

Employees are professional and supportive. Unfortunately both iPhone 11 and 12 were out of stock for two weeks in a row. A bit sad for such a big shop.

The other day at this shop, while looking for new blurays, I received a phone call. As soon as I started speaking in English I get weird looks from the staff, and I noticed that the music got louder. Do you do this to all non German speakers? Very rude indeed!!!
