In reality, the accommodation is very cramped - especially if it has to be shared with an unknown person. The kitchenette is small, table and chairs are in the narrow hallway with a small window that does not lead directly outside but to a chamber, the bathroom has no window and the ventilation did not work. The room itself is on the ground floor and the windows face the car park in the backyard. For me the worst thing was the musty mold smell in the accommodation. I am allergic to mold and had to check out after one night due to the smell of mold. At check-out I was refunded the cost of the second booked but unclaimed night - by bank transfer, not as an immediate cash payment (I paid for the accomodation in cash at check in.) A few days later I received an email stating that Costs for the second night but would not be refunded. An answer email from me was no longer answered.

Ich empfehle das Hostel Hubert nicht! Ich habe dort im Herbst 2017 zwei Nächte gebucht. Die Fotos sind vielversprechend und die Unterkunft ist für Münster günstig. In der Realität ist die Unterkunft sehr beengend - vor allem, wenn sie mit einer unbekannten Person geteilt werden muss. Die Küchenzeile ist klein, Tisch und Stühle stehen im engen Flur mit einem kleinem Fenster, das nicht direkt nach draußen sondern zu einer Kammer führt, das Bad hat kein Fenster und die Lüftung funktionierte nicht. Das Zimmer selbst ist im Erdgeschoss und die Fenster gehen direkt auf den Autoparkplatz im Hinterhof. Für mich das Schlimmste war aber der muffige Schimmelgeruch in der Unterkunft. Ich reagiere allergisch auf Schimmel und musste nach einer Nacht aufgrund des Schimmelgeruchs auschecken. Beim Auschecken wurde mir eine Erstattung der Kosten für die 2. gebuchte aber nicht beanspruchte Nacht zugesichert - Per Überweisung, nicht als sofortige Barauszahlung (die Unterkunft habe ich beim Check-In in Bar bezahlt.) Wenige Tage später erhielt ich eine Email, dass die Kosten für zweite Nacht doch nicht erstattet werden würden. Eine Antwort-Email von mir wurde nicht mehr beantwortet.
