The Good:
Nicely located in front of the main station, breakfast is well diversed, room was clean, and the walls are sound proof.
The Bad:
Lights went out in my room in the middle of the night, and they could neither fix it nor offer me another room, nor a refund!
The Ugly:
The receptionist supervisor could be way more friendly. To be fair the receptionist was friendly until his supervisor interrupted the conversation and started shouting at me! There is neither a fridge nor a minibar in the room (which is weird for a 4 star hotel!), and they are unbelievably persistent on phishing guest data! Upon check-in I was asked to sign an authorization for them to keep my data beyond the normal legally allowed period, and when they knew that I was there on business, they asked for my business card, and additionally insisted on getting my own personal address! Since when is it an obligation to share additional business data than what the hotel has been already given for billing purposes?!
