The best gym in Münster!!! Very friendly atmosphere, helpful staff. Gym is well equipped, you can basically do any kind of training.

I see the staff for most of my stay cleaning the area or messing around behind the counter, a shame to deal with educated staff when you hear about the payment.

Seit einiger Zeit Mitglied, an sich ist die Hall of Sports für Sportler und Personen verschiedener Altersgruppen gut geeignet. Der Gerätepark ist ausreichend ausgestattet zwar nicht das neuste aber dennoch alles von hoher Qualität. Die Mitglieder sind eigentlich alle schlichtweg nett und hilfsbereit ; das gleiche mag ich über das sehr zuvorkommende Personal sagen.
Gerade die neue Generation scheint noch alles verinnerlicht zu haben worauf es in dieser Branche ankommt.

Leider kann man das über die Inhaber dieses Etablissement nicht behaupten, völlig am Zeitgeist vorbei und mit unfairen Aktionen Geiseln sie sowohl Mitglieder als auch ihre eigenen Angestellten!

Plötzliche Kündigungen der eigenen Stammkunden, nicht nachvollziehbare Nachzahlungen, undurchsichtige nicht mehr aktuelle Verträge und vieles mehr kamen mir in meiner Zeit zu Ohren.

Das Personal sehe ich zum Großteil meines Aufenthalts am Putzen der Fläche oder am versauern hinter der Theke, eine Schande so mit gebildeten Personal umzugehen wenn einem da die Bezahlung zu Ohren kommt.

Jedoch ist am Ende der Umgang mit den eigenen Mitgliedern entscheidend. Und da zeigt sich die fehlende Wertschätzung. Auf Anfragen innerhalb der Corona-Pandemie, wie es denn in Zukunft weiter ginge, erhielt ich als Antwort ein Schreiben des Anwalts. Damit hat sich mein Aufenthalt dort auch erledigt. Hinzu kommt der Fakt, dass bei Kündigung noch versucht wird so viel Geld wie möglich zu erwirtschaften - hier schon oft genannt die "Trainer-Pauschale". Auf der anderen Seite wird oft auf die AGBs verwiesen, die aber weder bei Vertragsabschluss mitgegeben noch auf der Website aufzufinden sind.
