I found this to be an excellent department style store.

There is a good range of everything and the men's clothing section was pretty impressive in comparison to places in the UK that I am used to seeing.

There is a great chocolate section (as can be seen in the pic) and it's well worth it. The prices are not cheap but the quality is strong

Not bad at all.
Special note : the lady who was working at the perfume dep. really knows her business, what's what and besides having great knowledge she was also a sweetheart.
On the other hand, the girl at the Levi's dep. really had no idea about denim and jeans..asked her for a regular straight 501 size 30/32 and she had no idea what I was talking about.

Excellent shop, you can find all Kind of things for your home and several gifts options.
The personal is very friendly and they help you to wrap the gift.
I have a excelent experience.

Great choice of parfums. They have Sephora, Dior, Channel cosmetic here. In generally they have great trade marks, but thats why you need to know that the prices are higher. Some products in here are a little more expensive than on the other places, same products different prices. But if you want to find good quality stuff all in one place, than this is place for you.

This is a good shopping mall that has the majority of the requirements you may need during your shopping. In store, there is a wide range of clothing, jewelry, toys, perfumes, and much more. Store is located in the center of the walkway in Munster and it won't be difficult to roam around after you finish your shopping. There is not a parking lot dedicated for the mall, but the hotel parking nearby is open till 12 am, anyways, wherever you park your car, it will be a little walk to there. the mall during Christmas time is surrounded by Christmas shops which are worth seeing.

Big store with various brand products from clothes to shoes, makeup and jewellery.
Once bought a pair of gold earrings here, within a month, part of it came loose. They wouldn't replace it and cost of repair quoted was more than the cost of the earrings themselves.

Karstadt Münster is a Department Store in Münster's city center. The store has its own parking garage and has a lot of products to offer. As one of Germany's top end department stores, one cab expect value for money. Unfortunately this is not the case. Personnel in various departments is unfriendly and isn't willing to help guests. The shop has a messy vibe and paying the parking ticket by card isn't possible also. This resulted that staff wasn't willing to help us out (eg, withdrawing extra money in an additional purchase) and we were forced to go outside to the nearest bank to withdraw money. Though a regular client at Karstadt, I highly recommend management to have their staff to have their client friendliness training repeated.
