OK, this was the worst experience for a long time and I feel some of these positive ratings need to be put in perspective.
We had a reserved table for 4 people. At the time of reservation the table was not ready and we had to wait outside for about 15 mins. that can happen and was no biggie. but it was a starter for things to come.
We were not placed at a table but basically had to fight for chairs with other customers.
We received no menu or other service for about 40 mins. after asking politely if we could order some drinks we received them about 45mins after we sat down and roughly 1 hour after our reservation.
Being 4 people, the service took the orders for three of them and then walked away, skipping the 4th order, which was very embarrassing.
For the wait time we received some bread. we asked for salt/pepper and some olive oil for the bread several times but they never came.
After 30 mins we received the food which was average.
Trying to order some additional beverages to have something to drink during the meal was unsuccessful.
Lastly when trying to pay, the orders were messed up on two bills and we had to manually check them to make sense of it.
People on a neighboring table waited 2 hours total for their food as we observed.
The owner was nowhere to be seen. In total, asking myself who could have a positive experience there. not recommended.
