Einen Punktabzug gibt es für den unorganisierten Service- nicht falsch verstehen, der Service ist freundlich -aber eine "effiziente" Kundenbedienung ist ein grundsätzliches Problem bei Martini. Ich frage meist deswegen direkt schon nach dem ich mein Eis bekommen habe nach der Rechnung, weil man sonst wieder eine gefühlte Ewigkeit auf die Bedienung warten muss. Zweiter Punktabzug: das Eis ist nie richtig gekühlt und kommt immer halb geschmolzen am Tisch an. Das sind meine Erfahrungswerte von 20 Jahren Eis essen bei Martini. Bitte liebes Team nehmt meine Kritik konstruktiv in die Zukunfsplanung mit auf, es wäre schön, wenn es euch noch weitere 20 Jahre gibt!
