Terrible experience in clements hospital, my son have an accident at home so we bring him to the mlst close hospital, in clements they see him cey like crazy and was sooo baddddd, (was a terrible accident) and the first think the "doctor" ask is for the insurence card, we talk with her ant tell her sorry but we come fast and we forgot but can u check him , mmmm well i need his name, put him here , in one bed, she told me again for the name and insurence card, my husband go angry an tell her please do something he have alot of paind , she say i need the name, bring him here to another bed, and again whats his name, we put the name, and she say " SORRY WE DINT HAVE A DOCTOR , WE CAN GIVE HIM THE ATTENTION" so we go fast to another hospital, and the was so good, Unfurtunally was worse that we think , and send to our son to another hospital by ambulance, but they was super good with us, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR US AND OUR KID WITH JUST 1.5 YEARS OLD

Das Personal im Kreißsaal war sehr nett trotz das es so ein hohes aufkommen von Patient war, waren alle sehr hilfsbereit und immer stets freundlich.
Auch die Anästhesisten und der Oberarzt im OP hatten trotz der Uhrzeit noch gute Laune und haben alles gegeben Um uns von dem Stress abzulenken. Auf der Station waren nette Krankenschwester und zu jeder Uhrzeit da um uns zu helfen Mut zu zusprechen. Auch dort war sehr viel los und ich wünsche den Schwestern, dass die Personalsecke bald besser wird :)
