Disappointing experience - not the Burger King we’re familiar with elsewhere. Order came slow, and was incomplete (although my request to have the extra Coca Cola wasn’t really challenged - assume it’s a common experience?).

As others have mentioned: carbonation on drinks is almost non-existent. Kids Sprite tasted a bit off. But above all the burgers were disappointing: the display picture and the actual burger are different like night and day. They neither look the part, nor tasted it. Best way to illustrate: if you look at the burger from above, you literally don’t see anything besides the top bun… not the patties, not the bacon, …

Im not usually one for harsh reviews, but on this instance the 2 stars is me being nice. My company would have gone 1 star in a heartbeat.

Terrible experience,the burgers were cold, the soda water was lukewarm and the staff were condescending and behaved as if they hated it, which they probably did. Bøfernee smelled like a physical room and nothing had been done to make it look a bit nicer. My request is that you eat somewhere else. Too bad you couldn't give them minus stars -⭐

Misleading meal titles. Plant-based meals are NOT plant based at all. Cow milk based cheese is used. The bread contains cow milk. The sauce also; cow milk. How in the world do they think that animal products are plant-based?

Really really bad service, and taste like it was made long time before it was served. The attitude from the staff is terrible. Waste of money and time.
