A charming hotel in a fantastic location, with great view, more than friendly staff, top notch restaurant and a relaxing wellness area. The room was clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
I have been the very last guests who left before the second corona lock down started today. Strange mood, eventhough I can highly recommend this hotel and will definately come back in the future.

Fantastic place to stop over, especially if you have dogs.

Booked the hotel thinking it was good , first view front view over water perfect we stayed on the 3 rd door room 387. Beds topping too hard not been able to get a good sleep. No airco in the room. During the night goods-trains run on the railway line out of view on the other side of the lake. This feels like your sleeping near a airport and every 15 min a plain Gomes over. So you will need to keep your sliding door closed so to escape some noise. Breakfast for a 4 star hotel is poor!!!!! This is not a 4 star hotel more a 2 star hotel. You need to pay for parking. Not cheap after the price you already need to pay for the stay. Room not really clean spider webs in the bed room found the bathrooms are of poor quality. It feels old, lifts are old everything feels old. Not worth the money you need to pay. O yes mold in the bathroom. Area nice Munster great for shopping. Please don’t get excited about the photos they have placed. Tape is also leaking in bathroom we had not one solid sleep through the night. Not a hotel for people who are used to stay in 4 or 5 star hotels. These 4 stars are miss leading!!!!! I would never stay here again!!!!!! Stay away!

This hotel is a great pick for families. There is a decent sized pool, and an even bigger water park right next door. The restaurant overlooks the lake and there are several walking paths to choose from. The interior of the hotel is older but filled with an extensive artwork and sculpture collection. The mattresses are too firm for my taste. The staff is friendly here and there is a nice little wine shop in the hotel. High marks on family friendliness, but too far of a location from Muenster.

Night duty staff were very helpful, daytime staff were very unhelpful.

Beautiful location, serine, great breakfast, nice rooms, helpful staff.
A car is helpful if intent is to tour, since accessibility otherwise is problematic,
Nice swimming pool, sauna and wrllness center.
Great place to relax a day or two, to unwind and look after yourself....
