Einer der wenigen Handwerksbäcker in Münster, der seinen Sauerteig liebt. Schrunz backt am nördlichen Stadtrand und hat einige Filialen im Stadtgebiet. Das Angebot ist hervorragend und kann sich locker mit den (zu) vielen Discountbäckern messen. Der Kuchen ist sehr gut und duftet schön nach Hefe. Und teurer als bei diesen ist es beim Bäcker Schrunz auch nur nicht. Man sitzt sehr schön vor der Tür an der breiten Warendorfer Straße und ist etwas windgeschützt. Die Tageszeitung gibt's hier auch. Was will man mehr!
