Breakfast was good, perfect variety of everything you could expect from an English breakfast, I also was impressed with the tee menu. The place itself doesn't feel like it has something to do with England. For sure the museum has a big history but would be great to have something that would show a soul of this cafe. The interior feels a bit sterile.

I also wrote in comments for my reservation about a child's seat, but it wasn't there. I didn't ask again when we were there and not sure if the place have one.

Located right inside the museum, this is a really nice cafe. The food was really good and they have a huge tea menu with lots of English food options. The architecture was really nice with high arched ceilings and good lighting.

Excellent and quite unknown breakfast location. Online reservations and a very safe Covid concept.

Breakfast ist superb, check out the beautiful fruit and pancakes. Famous for Eggs Benedict for a reason!

Nice place for a large brunch menu, but the quality fails to live up to the high prices. Beans on toast cost almost €8. The Eggs Benedict are swimming in store-bought hollandaise sauce.

Fantastic place to chill and relax on a Sunday. Nice and friendly staff. Amazing cakes and a really great selection of coffee and teas. I recommend the lemon grey tea and the Apple cake! Yum

We tried Victorian House Cafe on Saturday morning for breakfast/brunch - especially looking for eggs Benedict. We were disappointed. Cafe is situated inside of a museum in what looks to be a hallway (not cozy at all). The staff is moderately friendly (they laughed when we ordered a flat white coffee and said its called cappuccino in Munich ??). The coffee was bitter and too much roasted. And finally, the eggs Bene: small portion for the price (~13E), the hollandaise sauce was definitely NOT homemade, and the eggs tasted of vinegar (even though it’s used to prepare the poached eggs, it should not remain in the eggs taste!!). I don’t recommend to visit this cafe for breakfast. Other than eggs Bene, they have also an all you can eat buffet - nothing special.
