Usagi has been a sensational discovery. The initial reason to go there was due to their natural wine selection, which pairs perfectly with its Izakaya cooking style. It doesn’t matter which dish you choose, it completely delivers. Very hard not to give five stars.
The ambiance is relaxed, whilst sitting kinda in a “Japanese punk rock bar”, you listen to classic 80’s rock hits and enjoy fabulous homemade Kimchi, Hamashi Tartar with an amazing soy, olive and yuzu dressing, or it’s infamous pork belly charred and caramelised served with delicate sauce based on soy. Outstanding. I will come back.
