I was here to buy winter shoes, on a Thursday afternoon, before 16:00 when many leave work. The place was a bit crowded, yet absolutely no employee saluted me or asked if I need help in the 20' while I was actively trying on shoes.
I found the place understaffed to meet the needs of such a central location and reconfirming to me at least, that online shopping will not remain a waste of my time.

Highly inappropriate manner of treating it's customers. The store manager has refused to make a refund on the defected shoes without stating any reasons.
