The customer service in this store is unacceptable! We made an appointment on the back of a request to bring in the store a ring from another location. We took time from work to make the appointment at 3pm. We were made to wait 20 minutes while our representative was with other customers, while two other representatives in the store were chatting away. After 20 min we asked for attention just to be told that the ring we ordered had not yet arrived and they forgot to call us and mention that, prior to us taking time from work to meet for that specific reason. I can only recommend the other store in town on Residenz strasse where they actually care about their customers and build a relationship.

Disappointed! We have spent a lot of money by Tiffany. They have sold the jewerly with service guarantee, that I can clean it everywhere in the world in any time. I was in Tiffany by Oberpollinger already 4 times, and every time I got denied because of many reasons... The last time was on the weekend, they said that they will do the cleaning only from Monday till Wednesday. Ok, and if I do not have time during the week? They answered: You can send your husband. Me: And if my husband do not have time? They: You can send you child. Me: My child is three years old... They: Then we can not help you.
Hey, ist this a service? Why your competitor Bucherer nearby cleans the jewerly without any arguments?
For sure you have lost me as a customer! Poor service!

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen mancher Leute hier absolut nicht nachvollziehen, ich bin in unauffälliger Kleidung ohne große Aufdrucke diverser Luxusmarken ausgesprochen respektvoll behandelt worden. Die Verkäuferin war wirklich außerordentlich nett und ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Mir wurde umgehend etwas zu trinken angeboten und die Verkäuferin hat sich wirklich Zeit für mich genommen ohne mir etwas aufzwingen zu wollen. Zu gegebenen Anlass werde ich gerne wieder dort einkaufen. Auch die fachliche Kompetenz des Personals möchte ich loben, nachdem es bei einem Verlobungsring nicht nur um Karat geht, sondern alle 4C betrachtet werden müssen. Dies wurde mir als Laie herausragend gut erläutert, ohne jeglichen Vorwürfe meines Nichtwissens. Außerdem erhält man zu dem Diamanten ein Zertifikat, mit dem der komplette Weg des Diamanten nachvollzogen werden kann und auch die Qualität bis aufs kleinste Detail beschrieben ist.

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Habe heute in der Zentrale angerufen und die Mitarbeiterin hat meine Kontaktdaten für eine zügige Bestellung eines Artikels an diesen „Store“ weitergegeben. Ich habe keinen Anruf erhalten. Der Artikel ist laut dem Online Shop verfügbar. Auch wenn der Artikel nicht mehr verfügbar sein sollte, erwartet man von solch einer renommierten Brand einen kurzen Anruf.
