We’ve ordered here regularly but it has gotten worse and worse. The delivery time is always much longer than indicated, double this time and we only got served 1 small soy sauce for an order a 5 different sushi, clearly not enough

Terrible customer service in all aspects. I ordered take out and they never delivered. After over 90 minutes of waiting, they contacted Lieferando saying they could not reach me on my phone, then gave Lieferando a phone number for me to call them that is not even assigned. Usio u003d SCAM ARTIST!

Stay far, far away from this negative restaurant.

Update:
At 10:44 pm, I called the number you (Usio) provided in your response last night (which is different than the number you provided Lieferando) and it went straight to voicemail. Please just refund my money because you obviously had no intention of delivering the food, especially more than 3 hours late. Thank you.

Delivery time supposed to be 1.5hours, got delivered after 3.5hours without any notification and/or an excuse. Simply wouldn’t recommend ordering here. Sushi was average.

It was nice that it has the combinations of Nigiri only ???????? (not Maki or rolls included)

I’ve ordered sushi from 10 different sushi restaurants during the lockdown. So far Usio is the best! Delicious sushi with many interesting rolls.

Good quality sushi delivery. My frequents are chirashi, udon, and karate chicken. Not sure if it’s the soy sauce that comes with the order - it’s overall a bit salty. But it’s still a quite convenient choice for sushi delivery!

One of the worst Sushi deliveries!
we orderes at 16:30 for 19:30 and ger delivered at 21:15!!!!
And that waa the 3 chance. Sorry but never again although the quality of Sushi is good. Excuses for repeay delays are unprofessional. specially when you failed once and client has guests.
