Roman was our guide, and did a great job explaining Munich and it's history. It was such an enjoyable morning. The three hours was a good length and the segways were the fastest we have been on, so we covered a lot of sites. Well worth the money!

An amazing way to see the city alone or with teenagers.
Our guide, Wolfgang, was lovely - it seemed no question was too much, which is lucky because we asked loads. The tour seemed to cover the whole of Munich.
He was also a great Segway teacher - a quick lesson and we were off through the city.

I took the classic Munich tour on Monday, October 25th, 2021. I was a bit late (1 minute!), but Markus (our guide) was able to wait. I arrived to the meeting point, and from there, my other tour member and myself (we were only two people in the tour, so almost private!) went to the store to get our Segways. We took around 20 minutes to get acquainted with the Segway and to learn how to drive it (I've never done it - wobbly at first, but I could ride smoothly after 15 minutes!). Our guide was Markus and he took us to beautiful sites of the city that would have been too far to cover by foot in 2.5 hrs. We went as far as the English garden, Konigsplatzen, the Maximilianstrasse, Ludwigstrasse, Princeregentstrasse, Universitet, and we saw very beautiful sights. If you don't have much time and want to cover a big part of Munich in a short period of time with a great guide (Markus studied history and political sciences in the University of Munich, so he knows a lot!), please take this tour. Markus was patient, answered all my questions and took care of the two participants in the tour. 100% recommended in these times when tourism is opening again!

We did this as a family, including our 2 college students. It was a fascinating historical tour and Roman was a great guide. Learned a lot of German history and saw a lot of Munich that isn't on the general city tours. Great Segway time, too - 3 hours! It's city riding at a fairly good clip.

We had our tour today. Paid with long overdue vouchers - no problem at all. Great! Our tourguide Roman was great, very friendly, did know so much, and made a great tour. Before you go on tour, everyone gets a detailed instruction how to use the segway. And it is very easy to handle. Great fun. And we eben had a private Tour, because nie in winter not too many people take tours.Thank you.

I took this tour. I'm a big guy and 63 years old, so I was concerned about being able to manage the Segway. But after a short lesson I was very comfortable on it. The tour guide (Kevin, i think) really knew his history, had a good sense of humor and spoke both English and German. It was money well spent!

A little disapponting. First the meet up point was not at the start up location which resulted in following on foot the guide who was on a segway to the start point. Some locations were informative while others seemed time fillers while the guide had a cigarette telling us to look inside a building. The route itself did not match that indicated for the classic tour on the site. Munich is a beautiful city and this tour needs improvement as other companies running these tours offer better value for money.
