This is a somewhat different hotel. Staff is extremely nice but not to good in German. Rooms are Japanese influenced u003d not much space. Bed is good, but don't step on the mattress when you open the window! Stay on the hard surface.
Room was clean. Bathroom tip top. Took a while to get hot water in the evening though.
Good breakfast, but no fried eggs, bacon or sausages though. Very good coffee.
If you stay longer then one night you can get a free drink if the hotel may skip housekeeping.
Walking distance from the Central station. Tram Station just outside.
I will book this hotel again next time I am in Munich.

Great stay in a very uncomplicated u0026 young environment. Check-in and Check-out was all digital and therefore effortless for the people staying there. Very nice smell throughout the hotel that makes you feel comfortable. Yes, the rooms are small but the space is very well used, especially for the shower and the toilet. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for couples that are newly together, as toilet is 1meter next to the bed. :) Otherwise friendly staff and good bar.
The only downside was that the room door was bumping, when other room doors were shut close. This was especially noticeable in the morning when the other rooms were cleaned.

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. This web site will compare countless booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be let down.

We were in a Munich in April. Beautiful view, very clean, near the railway station, very friendly and helpful staff (Vanesa, Melanie, Esteban, Osvaldo, Santiago. We stayed here once and the we have excellent breakfast!

This place is cashless therefore don’t go there with cash as they will not take it.

Is self-check in on an iPad fixed to the counter.

Very well designed with kitchen on every level stocked with complimentary beverages which I think is very nice of them.

Overall is a cute hotel with clean rooms. We changed a room because the bathroom was a bite small and they were kind and change it for us.

I wish I took a lot of pictures to show but I forgot to click cameras however is a good place to stay for short time if you in Munich.

The stay at Ruby lilly has been nothing short of amazing. This is my first stay here in Munich and the food here is extremely satisfying, so are the luxury rooms.

The people here and the service is supreme. Big ups to the special man Mr. Osvaldo who guided me and helped me feel secure and comfortable.

6 out of 5 stars to the team and the management.

Stayed at Ruby for 4 nights on business trip.
Great value and excellent location in the center of Munich.
Clean modern rooms with all necessary ammenities.
Good breakfast, good selection, great coffee.
Staff very friendly.
Overall very positive stay.

Plastic bed covers make for a sweaty sleeping experience. Easy to use safe. Room was nice with a view, a bit narrow. Good shower and toilet room.
Shower gels and shampoos caused allergic reactions on my skin and smelled strongly perfumed. Smelled nice but itched badly later.
The lobby and bar ambience is steam punk dark.
The self check in process was annoyingly long and I had to enter all my data all over again, and myself.
At over 180 Euro per night I found value for money to be sub-par even for high season.
