Don’t be discouraged by my three stars. It has the Michelin flair you’d expect, with the presentation, the thorough explanations, variety of flavors and textures, and service.

It just didn’t move me like other similar places have. I can’t quite put my finger on why, but each bite didn’t feel quite as special as one would expect in such a place. There was the occasional (we got the complete menu) which stood out, but I expected a bit more.

Perhaps I should return in the future, and if I do, and experience something else, I’ll definitely amend my review.

We had the 7 course tasting menu with wine pairing and it was a fantastic experience overall. Food was presented beautifully and drink matched perfectly.
Service was very attentive and chef also very nice and friendly.
Restaurant is fairly small and cozy which makes the experience a bit more unique.
We’d love be back soon ????????

I visited with high expectations and this is definitely a disappointment.

The bistro style restaurant isn’t a surprise as it calls itself a bistro. The main focus should be food.

The taste was a bit salty overall. The restaurant served me sweetbread, which isn’t ideal as I told them I don’t eat internal organs (probably not exactly an organ) but staff still persuaded me to take it.

I took an eight course but I can hardly recall what I had because I felt it doesn’t have any highlights, except the sweetbread. (I’m being sarcastic, hello)

I am not a food critic but the dishes are lacking texture, say no crips and no crunchy in the dishes, and it’s often mushy.

It’s not a cheap meal as we went with wine pairing which cost us over €500 for the meal.

Nah not again, Michelin.

Amazing (but quite expensive).

€500 for two with the wine pairing and some
Water.

The staff are all very friendly and you can really see that everyone is having a good time.

The fermented / sour profile of the first few courses and snacks really lifted your palate and were expertly matched with the wines.

We found the Oyster in onion cream sauce and Crayfish and sweetbreads in cream(ish) sauce a little too similar in texture and style for a tasting menu…. Something crunchy and maybe a little spicy would have added a bit more to the overall experience.

The meal ended with an excellent version of canard a la presse and some homely deserts that tasted of childhood.

If the total bill was closer to €400 it would have been a solid 5 stars.

But if you’re looking for a delicious treat this is a great option.

Unforgettable culinary experience and if you love wine trust the sommelier and add the wine pairing option.

Borderline.
Quantity does not mean quality! Yes, there were many dishes, but despite a good presentation, none really was at 1 star level (actually the best were probably the appetizers!). On the other hand, the price is in line with a 2 star restaurant! And what really did not appreciated is that the menu was at 140€ on their website, but jumped to 160€ at the restaurant with no alternative (+28€ for a glass of red wine). In the end, after 3 hours of a marathon with long waiting times between dishes, we do not recommend.

Staff was very curteous and nice. Overall, Michelin experience was great. Wine pairing was very good and the waiters kept an eye on what we needed.
