First of all - it is no longer is a Persian restaurant but an Italian one - new name is Oropa Livadi.
Nice big place to enjoy Italian food. Prices are ok and the team running the business is kind. Park is relatively easy around.

Great place with fantastic persian food.
Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere.
My favorite was the lamb in Northen Irani slyle ????
A must visit place in Munchen for foodies.

Actually my german friend found this restaurant for me. I have been there few times and every time got a great friendly service. The food quality is wonderful and very delicious. I usually order sample aapetizer so my friends can get a taste of Iranian food and then sample kebabs with different rice. That way you can enjoy little bit of everything.
I would recommend this restaurant very highly.

Super oily rice and stews. The appetizers and the kebabs are however tasty. The service was very poor and could be more professional. The orders were served totally wrong with no excuse and were very delayed. Also one should not pour oil on top of yougart!

Awesome good and service and staff... I loved their breads... Nice, soft, warm and very filling.. Try breads with humus... There is a platter in starter with various kind of humus. This with bread is delicious.. Food is filling.. And tasty. Definitely recommended....!

I would love to give it an actual score of -10. This is the worst place I have ever been to. I have never had such a terrible experience at a restaurant.
The staff is not trained and highly incompetent. I’d rate the food but I never got my food because they seemed overwhelmed by a party of 9 people (my mother didn’t get her food either).
This place needs to shut down. Terrible terrible terrible.
People who give positive reviews clearly have never been to a proper restaurant before or know the owners.
