Bought a Seagull 1963 from Poljot24 a month and a half ago. The packaging was really great and even included an in-depth note that felt very personal. The watch worked perfectly up until recent where it completely locked up on me and wouldn't wind anymore. I contacted them asking how/if I could fix it (I wasn't even sure if it was a defect or just user error, so I didn't want them to go through the hassle of sending a replacement if I could fix it).

Having no idea whether it was user error or a defect, he sent me an email back within a day saying that I'd be sent a replacement and I could test it before sending my possibly defective watch back. No questions asked. Absolutely awesome.

Thank you so much, I can't wait for the new one to come in and I can't wait to buy my next watch from you!
