Pizza und Burger Factory

I ordered a pizza via Lieferando and it took around 2 hours to get my order. And that is not the worst part. The pizza tasted like from 2 days ago and the ice cream I ordered got completely melted.
During the waiting, I called the restaurant and the person I talked with was very unfriendly and it didn't show any attitude to help me with my order.
NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered some pizza over Liferando, the delivery was very fast which was nice but the food was so disappointing, considering the price (13€ and it was quite small). I would rather have ordered something from one of those cheaper pizza delivery chains... I ordered the „Milano Pizza“ with cheesy crust, the tomato slices were so small, looked like some paprika...and the basil pieces were also so tiny... I also did not like the cheese. The cheese is very yellow with a strong, unique smell and I am not sure what kind of cheese it was. It is not the Italian style pizza but at the same time it was still not the “unhealthy but so tasty” type of pizza like something from other pizza chains.

The spring rolls are a bit smaller than you would expect but the Burgers are ok, bigger than normal and relatively cheap (the jalapeños in the giant Mexican burger are great if you like spicy food), the service is not that great if you are there for "taking out", usually it takes a lot of time for your order to be taken, and equally long time to get it ready. Continuously tried to add stuff to the menu. You can even buy wine there.

Big portions and very tasty, delivery quicker than anyone else, currently my number one store to get delivered from, and oh the onion rings are so hmmmmmmm lecker

The Burgers are good and ok priced, but the time you have to wait is too long. I would advise you to order online or via phone.

Lots of cheese, especially the pizza zorro is amazing, but it also burns twice.

Very bad quality service, rude people honestly. Quality of the food below average and slightly overprice. Just go to any other place.
