Yeah, Bavarian and also trying to be like a little new and innovative. Good effort. All the food was superbly presented and well made. Still hearty and Bavarian, at least everything we had. Great beer as always.

It is more expensive than other beer halls. A tad fancier. I thought it was a good place for business gatherings.

The Paulaner eatery was a beautiful setting at the front of the brewery. The food was outstanding, a mix of traditional German dishes and some Thai-influenced salads. We were a party of eight, and everyone enjoyed their meal. And the server was as helpful and friendly as could be! Sehr Gut!

Summary: they are currently having the strong (dark) beer festival. Live music and nice ambience on weekdays, crazy on weekends. Food and beerare tasty. Limited variety and expensive. Bring cash.

Details: get ready for some German dancing on the table ambience. On weekdays a band comes at 7 pm and makes everyone go nuts. You need to reserve a table way ahead of time and come between 4 and 5 pm to claim it. On weekdays they are not fully booked so walk ins also work. The entrance costs 14.5€ (can be payed by card), 2€ go to the restaurant and 12.5€ buys you the fisrt 1L beer. Yes, it is very expensive and you can only pay cash inside. You only have a choice of dark or light beer. The others are radler or alcohol free beers. The collection of food is not great, but good for a place like this. (I am only talking about the biergarten, not sure if the restaurant has a different menu). They have a burger, ribs, a cllection of wurst, schnitzel and a sampler which i recommend. The sampler has a great variety and can be ordered for one person or for three persons.

It looks fancy but feels artifical. It's is a large and luxurious brewery, yet it lacks identity. Prices are high - perhaps too high for the neighborhood it is located. Nonetheless, a good place to sit and relax while you plan the rest of your day.
It also didn't really help that the beergarten was closed.
Had to edit this review because of the rude and grumpy staff.

The food was delicious and great beer selection. Portions were very big as well, definitely worth the price. Not to mention the interior decor was so warm and festive
