The overwhelmingly positive reviews should already make you visit this place, and this opinion will be no different. The view is absolutely amazing, with the city, the Olympiapark and the Alps so clearly visible! I must however admit, that it’s a much better experience in the warm months, than in the cold ones, due to the upper area of the tower being open. The lower part is great, but it’s the open part above it that makes the difference. The Tower is also covered by the City Pass, so if you’re on a “discover Munich” journey, think about it. :) The place is also accessible by wheelchair, that’s a big plus. Absolutely recommended!

Stunning views, absolutely nice sunset as well. Little bit windy outside as you can expect in that hight... Just happy we were abble to get up there before the renovation which will take place in the very near future and the tower will be closed for 2 years during the whole renovation process..

Wonderful views of Muchen. Different levels was great. The restaurant was able to seat us without a reservation which was very fortunate. Good service. Definitely something to see.

You can be on top of the world!

Genuinely great views, and there's a revolving restaurant as well. Sadly in the evening they needed reservations, so I had to skip it, but there's also a café up there which will do you a glass of prosecco or a cup of coffee.

The elevator going up is fast, so expect your ears to pop :)

One of our favourite parts of the whole week we spent in Munich!

The tickets are 11 euros each per adult and worth every penny. The views are incredible, be sure to go on a good day to make the most of this as you can see all the way to the Alps. On the windows, there is signs telling you what you can see and there are binoculars you can use for a euro. The first platform is completely sealed which is great if you have a fear of heights. For the braver people, you can go up to two levels of open platforms. At the top there is also a cafe where I had one of the nicest Cappuccinos I had all holiday. A must if you are in Munich.

The tower is great you get amazing views of Munich and on a clear day the alps. The best thing about this tower unlike Düsseldorf or Berlin is that you can go outside the tower and get great pictures. Just make sure you wrap up it’s windy up there.
