There are now regular courses that are really fun, although some of them are really exhausting. If you want, you can also get nutritional advice. For me, the training times from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. are great, because I like to come early in the morning. But the highlight remains the courses, where there is always a great atmosphere.

Auch gibt es inzwischen regelmäßig Kurse, die richtig Spaß machen obwohl sie zum Teil echt anstrengend sind. Wer möchte, kann auch eine Ernährungsberatung in Anspruch nehmen. Für mich sind vor allem die Trainingszeiten von 6.00-22.00 Uhr toll, da ich gerne in der Früh komme. Das Highlight bleiben aber die Kurse, bei denen immer tolle Stimmung ist.
