Nice family room on back side of hotel. Very quiet with a balcony. Room was large for Europe. Parking garage on-site for €15 per day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wifi was good. Tram stop only 3 minute walk then 15 min ride to city center.

Overall we weren’t very happy with the accommodation. We had a ground floor room and could hear everything that was going on at the bar and the employees were not very quiet at 4 AM. Also, the windows didn’t provide much soundproofing at all as we could hear everything going on outside.

The room was clean, but there was not a king size bed, rather two single beds next to one another. The A/C controller had a very bright blue light which was annoying at night, while sleeping.

The underground parking offers few flat parking spaces, most of them being on a platform (double deck) which is too steep if you have a sporty car (even a hot hatch).

The good thing about this hotel is that it’s cost to public transport and you can get to the city centre in about 15-20min

Felt pretty safe here and it was alright overall. They could do a bit of a better job cleaning, the toilet had some mold growing as well as the shower head. Our room was pretty stuffy but it was nice to have a balcony.

A great hotel if staying in the center of the city is not a priority. Location is more on the outskirts of the city centre - walking to Munich Central Station takes about 30 minutes. However, public transit options are availabe (bus and tram) some 100 meters from the hotel. Car-sharing and e-scooters are also an option as the hotel is in their operating areas. Rooms are a decent size and clean, yet a bit dated. Beds were comfy. The bathroom is not spacious, yet it has all the necessary utilities (they could however improve the quality and quantity of toiletries). Staff is friendly and very international. Breakfast is generous and the made-to-order options are tasty. And the fact that on the weekends breakfast is available until 11 is simply awesome! Suitable for all types of travelers.

Hotel is nice enough, location as well. Good breakfast. Staff was overall nice and helpful but in part not very competent.
Rooms are tidy and modern but the plumbing system was faulty in all our rooms and the drains smelled really bad as a result for the duration of our stay.

Very nice location , good breakfast , and the bar is excellent - the bartender (Leonardo) is the coolest guy in the world! ???????? I loved to be there!

Very comfy place, the staff is nice and they talk many languages. The parking is 15€ per night. The room was very clean, spacious. The only negative point was the bed: two separated beds put together, not that confortable. But other than that, everything was perfect !
