Frau Dörte is the nicest doctor I have ever met. She did relevant tests right away to diagnose my condition. She actually listens to your problems and tries to help you.

New patient have never actually been seen so can't speak for actual service when seen. My dr is ill (sorry to hear all my sympathies) and we had rescheduled an appointment for a month later (after already waiting a month for this one) and now I show up and apparently the dr is still ill and no-one bothered to contact me to cancel the appointment and they tell me to contact them again in March. I have never seen anyone why do I need to wait 5 months for an appointment?!

If you're in need of emergency help, please call the emergency phone number, as this is an utter waste of time. After one session with a Doctor I have one option, seek help when I arrive in the UK, insurance was billed for that . Why is receiving help so difficult. The actual enrollment process is difficult enough and then cancellation of appointments. I just needed an English speaking therapist and some desperate help, but it's fine I'll try to manage. I stated PTSD therapy and English speaking.. but no doubt it was a misunderstanding on my behalf as is the usual case as no responsibility is ever taken anyway by this place, insurance forms signed and I walk out with nothing, Na toll. This process will make you more stressed than you already feel

I END UP WITH NOTHING AND THEY GET PAID FOR NOTHING, NOT ONE BIT OF ADVICE. I TRAVEL MUNICH TO GET THERE TO OBTAIN SPECIALIST ADVICE I ALREADY KNOW.

People here are probably the friendliest I have ever run across in a doctor's office in Germany.

Doctors really ask you questions to find out what you might have when normally they want to be done with you as soon as possible.

Almost everybody here speaks English. ????????

Bis zu einem Termin mit einem Arzt konnte ich bisher nicht vordringen, dabei geht es dringend um die Aufnahme in der Tagesklinik.
Bei Doctolib vereinbarte Termine werden kommentarlos kurz vorher abgesagt, telefonische Erreichbarkeit kaum möglich, man hängt Ewigkeiten in der Warteschleife, Mails mit Bitte um Info/Rückruf werden nicht beantwortet.
So etwas habe ich tatsächlich noch nirgends erlebt.
Wenn man nur Privatpatienten behandeln will, sollte man das klar kommunizieren, dann würde man wenigstens nicht seine Zeit verschwenden

Ich war in Behandlung bei Dr. Renné. Ich kam mir nicht ernst genommen vor. Sie hat sich wenig Zeit genommen und hat mich in Bezug auf Nebenwirkungen des verschriebenen Medikaments absolut nicht ernst genommen.
