Perfectly located for great scenery. The coffee and food was excellent. The staff a bit chaotic. Pots of outdoor seating.

Decent coffee and croissants. Sandwiches are huge and quite tasty. Location is perfect in the heart of sleepy Haidhausen.

Unfortunately, the place is really let down by the poor and grumpy service.

Fantastic place as others have said. Easy to walk past if looking for big sign saying IDEAL. It's next to the "family" clothes shop.

Brilliant service. The "wait" for impatient people is worth it.

Friendly staff, cute interior and the breakfast (rustico) and cappuccino was simply amazing. Felt like I was back in Italy - the quality of the food and coffee justifies the pice.
